    Welcome

    This is the Rapid Talent Measurement Community of Practice, which we call Exchange. In the Exchange, we want to foster collaboration and discovery around Reporting and Analytics, specifically using our toolset. We’ve organized the discussions into three groups: Operations, Technology, and Strategic Analysis. We encourage you to join, benefit from, and participate in that discussion.

    Operations

    The Operations area discusses how reporting can support the operations side of a learning organization. This includes being able to organize data and people structures differently than in the LMS, content structures, and a simpler interface. Operationally, we also have developed the DashRibbon that highlights actionable information from your data feed.

    Technology

    We have created the site using innovative technologies. We started with an open source stack, featuring the Pentaho business intelligence suite and the Drupal collaboration portal. We have leveraged the native table format for structuring the data, making the site incredibly fast. So we want to foster a conversation about these and other technologies that could make this site even better.

    Strategic Analysis

    It’s not just about technology. You have to have the appropriate strategy to drive measurement in your organization. There are a lot of elements to a measurement strategy, including governance, measuring the right things, etc.….. In this Community of Practice, we want to foster a dialog about how to create the most effective measurement strategy for your organization.
