The Need

A Learning Management System's (LMS) inability to measure outcomes of learning activity is one of the leading issues of dissatisfaction with LMS. The challenges associated with configuring a business intelligence solution and demonstrating return on investment are linked with the need to provide just-in time data on an organization’s learning, operational metrics, and benchmarking of strategic initiatives.

The Solution

rapidTM is a community of practice, with a reporting and analytics system, for learning and talent measurement. We strongly believe that the best solution combines both of these elements - good technology and user interaction. The Talent Measurement Community features targeted discussions, blogs and materials covering a variety of topics. The Reporting and Analytics system features innovative technology and an easy-to-use interface. Together, a best-of-breed solution that allows customers to better leverage existing investments in Learning and Talent technology.

The Methodology

The Community is focused on continuous improvements in all aspects of Learning and Talent Measurement. There is an emphasis on reporting and analytics based on the current LMS or TMS the organization may be using. The long term design for the Community includes a Report Store, private Collaboration spaces, and Ask the Expert components.
